Event Name: Comic On Tiles
On Februari 2011, around 30 comic artists visited Granito Tile Studio Surabaya. The event was Cergamboree, which is arranged by CCCL, C2O library, La Boite a Bulles comic studio, and Alliance Francais.
Simon Hureau, a wellknown French comic artist from La Boite a Bulles Studio started to draw on 5 meter length Granito tiles, then followed by the others. They express Surabaya surrounding and culture on their drawings.
It was interesting to draw comics not only on paper, but on tiles.
